Join us for a deeply restorative experience through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep — a guided meditation designed to bring you into a profound state of rest while maintaining gently awareness.

This is not a movement-based yoga class — simply come ready to lie down, let go, and receive.

🧠 What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Through guided awareness and breath, it calms the nervous system, promotes deep healing, and supports emotional clarity. 

🌀 Benefits include:

• Deep relaxation & stress relief

• Reduced anxiety & better sleep

• Nervous system regulation

• Greater mental clarity & creativity

• Increased self-awareness & emotional balance

🌿 What to bring:

• You’re welcome to bring pillows, your favorite blanket, an eye pillow, or anything extra to feel fully supported.

• Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available. 

👚 Wear: Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in — don’t forget the socks 

🕊️ All bodies and all levels are welcome — come as you are. Let this be your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
