The Youth Leader Oasis is a place for youth leaders and spouses to be ENCOURAGED, EQUIPPED, and REFRESHED

WHO WE ARE: After 26 years in youth ministry, we created the Youth Ministry Oasis because we desire to see healthy leaders leading healthy youth ministries for Christ. We want youth pastors and their spouses to experience a trusted relationship with us, so they can enhance their well-being, navigate crises, and prevent disasters.

WHAT WE DO: We offer free and confidential care and coaching to youth pastors and spouses.

HOW WE DO IT:

- One-on-one meetings in person, phone calls, and Zoom.
- Host one-on-one retreats with youth pastors & spouses.
- Attend local youth pastor network meetings.
- Consult with churches and leadership.
- Speak at youth ministry training events.
- Host the Youth Leader Summit in New Jersey, Florida, and Michigan.
