We are reaching out today to ask for your support for our end-of-year campaign. More importantly, we are asking for your SUSTAINING SUPPORT now and going forward. With a small recurring monthly donation, we can better address our expenses, which are not small.

Here's an overview:

- Website domain ($73 annually) and Wix hosting ($442 annually)
- Webmaster ($2400 annually)
- Insurance ( $573 annually)
- Storage unit ($1404 annually) - to store our AV equipment and all other items related to in-person meetings
- PO Box ($192 annually)
- Mailchimp for newsletter ($112/mo)
- Zoom for virtual meeting and classes ($16.99/mo)
- SignNow e-signing tool for speaker video releases and Leap to Success project documents ($192 annually)
- Executive Director salary $500/month  - (Yeah, you read that correctly. LPJC is Shannon's labor of love)
- Bookkeeping services ($2,000 annually)
- Bank account fees ($108 annually)
- Video editing services ($1,000 annually) - This service is no longer free since our volunteer editor has passed away
- Gift cards for weekly meeting door prizes and for annual holiday giveaway ($1300 annually)
- Photographer for monthly headshots ($600 annually)
- Food and beverage for the in-person meetings ($240 annually) - mainly for coffee, but also for cakes to celebrate volunteer birthdays and special occasions

In total, we're looking at an average of $18K+ to run Launch Pad. 

Your sustaining donation will help us to continue providing needed support to current job seekers--to provide them the information, and both large and small group networking they need in order to land their next role.
