This all-level vinyasa flow, guided by Jess Thomas, will be enhanced by the soulful, live sounds of Patrick Good, Danny Connelly, and Zoe Donovan, creating a space for connection, reflection, and collective energy.

This event is more than just a class—it’s a gathering in support of community and land stewardship. We are raising funds for Moss Terra Sacred Sanctuary, a non-profit dedicated to preserving 13 acres of beautiful, healing land on the Key Peninsula and building a retreat space where people can come together to rest, restore, and reconnect.
