So many life lessons are taught through sports, particularly baseball. One of the biggest lessons being that even when the outcome isn’t always what we’re hoping for, it’s the approach that matters most. At Diamond Dawgs their focus is on the approach. The boys are taught through encouragement that whether they hit or strike out, make a stellar play or an error, pitch a gem or give up a run, mentality matters most. We’re grateful to be a part of the program and the amazing instruction these boys receive is turning them into better ball players and human beings. To build a successful program comes with lots of expenses, many unforeseen, and while the coaches and founders of the program have already built something incredible, they still have big dreams for the future.
