Our 3 Community Centers located at 35th & Scott, 12th & Bruce and 15th & Lincoln, focus on pillars based on Food Pantries, Warehouse, and Housing in the Milwaukee area. These centers provide classes, community investments, and case management with our navigator to connect individuals with needed services.
