Hi, I’m Abdallah Mansour, a 23-year-old medical graduate from Mansoura University in Egypt, originally from Jabalia Camp in Gaza, Palestine. I’m raising $1,800 per semester to help cover my tuition so I can focus on my studies. I also hope to get support for the United States Medical Licensing Examination and an elective in the USA to receive advanced training and specialize in pediatrics. My Story:

Hello, I am Abdallah Mansour, a student from the Gaza Strip.

I was born in 2000 in Jabalia Camp, north of the Gaza Strip, to a simple and struggling family consisting of my father, mother, brother, and three sisters. My father works in construction, and my mother is a housewife. My older sister, born in 1996, graduated from the Islamic University in Gaza with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. My older brother, born in 1997, graduated from Al-Quds Open University in Gaza with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. I have two younger sisters; one was born in 2004 and is in her second year at the Faculty of Engineering at the Islamic University in Gaza, but she was unable to continue her studies this year due to the events of October 7th. My youngest sister, born in 2008, is in secondary school.

I attended middle and high school in UNRWA schools in the Gaza Strip and achieved a 94.4% on my Tawjihi in 2018. Following this, I enrolled in the Faculty of Medicine at Mansoura University in Egypt and graduated in October 2023 with a GPA of 3.3. I have also completed the A2 level in the German language. My family has been barely able to support me, paying for university expenses, fees, and living costs each month, especially with my sister in the College of Engineering at the same time, which has been a burden on my father.

I began two years of internal training at university hospitals in March 2024, which will end in March 2026. However, since October 7th, 2023, our lives have been turned upside down and worsened every moment. Our house in Jabalia camp was bombed and destroyed. Since then, my family has been unable to manage living costs or send me tuition and living expenses.

I hope you can help me pay for university expenses and fees in Egypt. I aspire to complete my internship training at the Faculty of Medicine without any delay due to financial difficulties. I also hope for assistance in studying for the USMLE exams and obtaining an elective in the USA, where I can receive a good medical education and pursue a pediatric specialty. Achieving this will allow me to improve my family's situation.
