Hello!

My name is Sarah Brown and I am running for Board of Education in Putnam County, WV. 

Working in education for more than 16 years, I’ve seen and experienced the lack of support from lawmakers and elected officials creating barriers to success for students in West Virginia. 

I’m running for office to strengthen support for education access, provide much needed transparency regarding board decisions, and use my experience in secondary and higher education to help create and implement effective policy, strategic planning, and create pathways for success utilizing local partnerships.
