Central Valley Spay/Neuter

Central Valley Spay/Neuter is a joint effort by Kirkland Foundation, Fresno TNR, Mells' Mutts and PawSquad 559 and the County of Fresno to provide low cost spay/neuter services in the Central Valley.  The County of Fresno supports CVSN with partial funding for residents of Fresno County.  All services require a co-payment by pet parents or finders.  As of March 2024, that co-payment is $20 for cats and $40 for dogs.
