RULES

If you're new to this type of game, here are the basic rules:

1. Click on the link and then pick a square (one of the orange ones) and enter your name and email address (square should turn white after you enter all your info). I WILL BE LOCKING SQUARES PERIODICALLY AS PEOPLE FILL THEM OUT.

2. Once all the squares are filled I will have the secretaries at school assist me in drawing the numbers for each quarter. Since we’re going to payout for the Conference Championship games this year, you’ll have the same square(s) for those games as the Super Bowl but we’ll select different numbers for both the AFC and NFC championships. The higher seeded team will be on the top and the lower seeded team will be on the left for the Championship games and for the Super Bowl the AFC will be on top with the NFC team on the left.

3. At the end of every quarter the winner is determined by looking at the last number in each team's score and then matching those numbers on the grid. So for example, at the end of the first quarter, the NFC team has 13 and the AFC team has 7, then the winner for that quarter will be in the square that corresponds to #3 for the NFC and #7 for the AFC).

4. For our game the numbers will change each quarter to mix up the numbers that you have.

5. Once the board is filled up and numbers placed, I’ll email out the boards to all participants.

PAYOUTS:

There will be a total pot of $5,000

$2,800 will be paid out to winners and the program will end up with $2,200 Payouts are listed below by quarter:

SUPER BOWL QUARTERS (4)

$400 Paid Out Each Quarter for a Total Pay Out of $1600

CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES QUARTERS (8)

$150 Paid Out Each Quarter (2 GAMES) for a Total Pay Out of $1200

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: If the game goes into overtime, we'll still use the 4th quarter score...this is the only way someone with the same number for both teams, i.e. AFC Team - 7 and NFC Team - 7, could win at the end of the game
