This transformative experience will be led by Brandy Rametta and Dr. Tanya Diaz, who will create a safe and nurturing space for participants to move, breathe, write, and share their stories. Attendees will learn valuable tools and techniques from Meridian Yoga Therapy, designed to support their healing journey.
