Donations & Payments for Music Programs

If you would like to pay your fees for any of the music programs, please use this form. Donations also happily accepted!

The processing fees will automatically be added to your total. (You can select "Other" and "0" for the Givebutter tip section if you do not want to give a tip to the platform.)

If you would like to make a partial payment, select "Other" and enter the amount you wish to pay at this time.

Checks will also be accepted and can be made payable to MMA and sent to the address below. Please include student's name and which program the payment is for in the memo line.
