F3 Smokies' Story

HIMs of F3 Smokies, As we have individually and collectively benefited from F3, improving our fitness, fellowship, and faith, we have an opportunity this month, through the end of October, to make it possible for more men to do the same. I’m honored to be part of such an amazing group of men, more for the relationships/fellowship and encouragement. I’m especially happy that Smuggler (a.k.a. Snuggler) spent an hour talking to me, while our daughters played lacrosse, about F3 and encouraging me to go to my first beatdown over about 18 months ago. I’m also happy Matchmaker convinced me to go to out first beatdown. While I regularly share my F3 story with others, to help them find our community, giving this month via the Accelerate 2024 campaign, is way to support/accelerate the F3 Nation’s mission.
