ECCC Active Membership Dues

Active Membership is open to camps and conference and retreat centers of the Episcopal Church whose operation of facilities or programs is dedicated to the furthering of the ministries of the Episcopal Church. Active Membership is subject to application to the corporation, the payment of dues, and affirmation by the Board of Directors. Each camp, conference, or retreat center that is an Active Member in good standing shall have one vote in all business of the corporation brought before the membership and each Active Member may designate one individual to serve as its representative. (ECCC Bylaws 7.A. (i) Active Membership)

ECCC dues are center-based: Any number of employees at your center can access ECCC’s resources. Centers receiving benefits administration (health insurance, life insurance, EAP, etc) through ECCC will be invoiced separately for the administrative fee, and American Camp Association dues will come directly from the ACA. Contact Jess Elfring-Roberts, Executive Director, with any questions about dues and payments.

Tier 1: Full dues-paying active member centers and programs will pay .20% of their 2025 operation expenses (budget x .002).  Acknowledging that not every member center can afford this, but some can, we invite those who can to make this commitment to do what they can to build this into their budget.

Tier 2: Partially-subsidized active member centers will pay 0.15% of their 2025 operational expenses (budget x .0015).

Tier 3: Subsidized active member programs and centers will pay 0.10% of their 2025 operational expense (budget x .001): This offers member programs and centers the historic dues assessment and is made possible through financial and in-kind contributions from individuals, centers, and other supportive organizations.
