At EmpowHERto Inc, our mission is to empower underrepresented youth especially Black and Latina girls to break cycles, build confidence, and access the education, financial literacy, tech training, and career pathways they deserve. Through programs like A2I (Academy to Industry), we equip young people ages 18–21 with real skills, paid internships, financial coaching, and the tools to step confidently into the workforce.

Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity where millions unite to support the causes that matter most. Across North America, this movement fuels organizations like ours so we can continue creating real, lasting change in our communities.

Together, we can build a future where young people regardless of background have the opportunities, resources, and support needed to thrive.

Here’s how you can take part:

🔹 Donate: Every dollar truly counts. Your Giving Tuesday contribution helps fund our mission and directly supports programs like A2I.

🔹 Share: Spread the word with your network. Your voice expands our reach and amplifies our impact.

🔹 Volunteer: Your time and expertise help us deepen our work and strengthen our community.

Thank you for being part of this
