Who Are We:

Off worque is a non-profit social club for industry professionals who want to prioritize worque/life balance.

We create opportunities through events, workshops , group life coaching and more for people to relieve burn out, unplug and connect. By decentering yourself from your work life and job title, off Worque pushes to provide a better quality of life by including new hobbies, life coaching and mental health conversations. After being burnt out from working in social media marketing for nine years, Cristina Jerome created Off worque as a safe place for people to connect outside of the workplace.

Although we all have to work, we believe that work environments should make employees feel valued, and supported and not interfere with their personal lives. A proper work-life balance is needed to sustain our mental health and no salary or perks should compromise that.

It's easy to quickly get caught up in our job titles and not put energy toward worque/life balance, having hobbies and creating friendships with people outside of the workplace, but we're here to help.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide mental health resources to industry professionals suffering from burnout, anxiety, and depression due to a lack of work-life balance. With your support, we’re able to provide mental health resources to those who need it the most.
