Advancing The Seed began in 2016 with just 23 young adults seeking a new path forward. Through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership development, those first participants planted the seeds of what has become a movement.

Since then, we’ve equipped more than 5,000 under-resourced young adults—and expanded our reach to support startups, small-capacity nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and small businesses—with the training, technology, and opportunities they need to thrive.

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to empower individuals and communities by opening access to training, technology, and economic opportunity. These are the building blocks of equity and prosperity—and we believe everyone deserves them.

While our home is in Southern California—serving Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire—our digital footprint extends far beyond, connecting us with people across the nation and around the world.
