Our vision is to unlock the potential for economic mobility for all.

It all started in 2016 with a group of 23 unemployed young adults and providing financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and leadership development training. Since then, we have provided training resources to over 4,800 unemployed and underemployed young adults and have expanded our services to provide training and technology resources to other small-capacity nonprofits serving marginalized populations. We are committed to changing economic outcomes by democratizing access to knowledge and providing resources to expand access and capacity for all.

We believe our purpose is to empower BIPOC individuals, communities, and nonprofits locally and globally with the tools and resources they need to advance economic equity. We believe that accessible training, development, and technology are essential seeds for growth and progress.

While our home base is in Southern California, serving Los Angeles and Orange Counties and the Inland Empire, our digital footprint and online solutions allow us also to serve a global audience.
