Our mission is to ensure that pilots, air traffic controllers, flight attendants, and other aviation professionals have access to fair and equitable aeromedical certification processes and support, regardless of financial constraints.

What We Do:

- Aeromedical Certification Assistance: We provide comprehensive support to help aviation professionals navigate the complex aeromedical certification process, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements efficiently and effectively.

- Scholarship and Loan Program: We provide financial assistance for necessary medical evaluations, ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent aviation professionals from achieving certification. This program includes both scholarships and interest-free loans, with the possibility of loan forgiveness under specific conditions.

- Peer Support and Connections: We connect aviation professionals with peer support networks and experienced Aviation Medical Examiners (AMEs), fostering a community of shared knowledge and support.
