Our application for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is currently pending with the IRS. During this time, we are fully compliant with all legal requirements for nonprofit organizations. Once our 501(c)(3) status is granted, all donations made to Additive Free Alliance will be retroactively tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law from the date of our filing.
