I am fundraising for the Apricity Hope Project. Apricity Hope Project is a nonprofit in Hampton Roads, VA that helps do wonderful things for moms like me. I have a goal to raise $425 for an upcoming retreat for medical mamas. As caregivers of medically complex, disabled children we are living exhausting, stressful, chaotic lives that we never expected to be living. Back and forth between the hospital, therapies and appointments. We are in a constant state of hyper-vigilance worried about our children and our futures. This is often an isolating, dark journey that very few people understand. The Apricity Hope Project is here to be the light in the darkness, the ray of sun during your coldest chapters. AHP offers caregivers retreats, respite getaways, and meetups! They also have the When Autumn Comes Podcast and donate care(giver) packages and hospital go-bags!
