알리야는 많은 유대인들에게 희망의 여정입니다.
전 세계의 유대인들이 다양한 이유로 이스라엘로 돌아오지만 그들의 새로운 시작은 결코 쉽지않습니다.
이들이 겪는 가장 큰 도전은 새로운 환경에 적응하고, 자립적인 삶을 구축하는 것입니다.

이스라엘로 이주한 유대인들에게 있어 이스라엘의 신분증을 받는다는 것은
여정의 완성이 아닌 시작을 의미합니다.

고토인 이스라엘에서의 삶을 순조롭게 정착하기 위해서는 히브리어 언어교육, 적합한 직업 찾기, 이스라엘 사회 시스템에 대한
전반적인 이해 등이 필요하며, 이처럼 사회에 통합되는 과정은 매우 시간이 걸리고 어려운 일입니다.
알리야한 유대인들은 고향을 떠나 낯선 땅에서 새로운 삶을 시작해야 하기에 적절한 정착 지원 없이는 대부분 어려운 환경 가운데 처할 수 밖에 없습니다.
정착 지원은 단순히 물리적인 도움을 넘어서 새로운 환경에서 살아갈 수 있는 기반을 마련해 주는 것입니다.

임시 거주지 제공, 언어 및 직업 훈련,
사회적 통합을 위한 멘토링과 같이

이들이 자립하고,
이스라엘 사회의 중요한 일원으로
성장할 수 있도록 돕는 핵심적인 지원입니다.

이스라엘은 직업, 국적이 다양한 나라에서 온 이민자들이 이스라엘 사회에 잘 통합되어 정착할 수 있도록 이스라엘 전역에서 24개의 정착 센터를 세워 이민자들의 특성에 맞게 다방면에 도움을 주고 있습니다.

원뉴맨패밀리는 전국에 있는 24개의 정착 센터 중 2곳의 정착 센터를 입양하여 후원하고 있습니다.

임시 거주지 제공
매년 다양한 국적과 배경을 가진 유대인 이민자들에게
숙소를 지원합니다.

히브리어 언어 교육
교육 참가자들에게 주 5일, 5시간의
히브리어 수업을 5개월간 지원합니다.

직업 훈련
정착부, 교육부와 이스라엘 국방부와 연계하여
유대인 이민자들의 직업 훈련을 지원합니다.

정서적 지원
새 이민자들이 이스라엘 사회에 적응하기 위해
직면하는 어려움에 대해 전담 상담사로부터
개인적인 도움과 지도를 받을 수 있도록 지원합니다.

정기적인 사회 및 문화 행사와 여행 이벤트를 지원합니다.

Guiding the Way to a New Life

Aliyah is a journey of hope for many Jewish people.

Jewish people around the world return to Israel for many different reasons, but their new beginning is never easy. One of the greatest challenges they face is adapting to a new environment and building an independent life.

For Jewish immigrants who have made Aliyah, receiving an Israeli ID does not mean the journey is complete. Rather, it marks the beginning of a new chapter.

In order to settle well in Israel, their ancestral homeland, they need Hebrew language education, support in finding suitable employment, and a general understanding of Israeli society and its systems.

The process of becoming integrated into society takes time and can be very difficult.

Because Jewish immigrants who make Aliyah must leave their homes and begin a new life in an unfamiliar land, many can face difficult circumstances without proper resettlement support.

Resettlement support is more than providing physical assistance. It helps build the foundation they need to live and thrive in a new environment.

This includes temporary housing, language and vocational training, and mentoring for social integration.

These are essential forms of support that help them become self-reliant and grow as valuable members of Israeli society.

How Does One New Man Family Help Jewish Immigrants Resettle?

Israel has established 24 absorption centers throughout the country to help immigrants from diverse national and professional backgrounds integrate into Israeli society and settle successfully.

These centers provide various forms of support according to the unique needs and backgrounds of each immigrant.

One New Man Family has adopted and supports two of the 24 absorption centers located throughout Israel.

01. Temporary Housing

Each year, housing is provided for Jewish immigrants from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.

02. Hebrew Language Education

Participants receive Hebrew language classes five days a week, five hours a day, for five months.

03. Vocational Training

In cooperation with the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, the Ministry of Education, and Israel’s Ministry of Defense, vocational training is provided to help Jewish immigrants prepare for employment.

04. Emotional Support

New immigrants receive personal help and guidance from dedicated counselors as they face the challenges of adjusting to Israeli society.

05. Cultural Programs

Regular social and cultural programs, as well as travel events, are supported to help immigrants integrate smoothly into Israeli society.
