On World Autism Day, the Woman's Club of Westwood and Alpha Fit Club are joining forces to raise funds for Autism awareness. Join us for a 60-minute strength and conditioning group fitness event at Alpha Fit Club Westwood on Thursday, April 2 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Each ticket sold supports Autism Speaks. 36 tickets available, open to the public!

About Alpha Fit Club: Alpha Fit Club in Westwood, NJ is a franchised fitness studio owned by two women. The circuit-style, group fitness concept workout consists of 6 stations with the perfect blend of high-intensity cardio along with total body strength training. Workouts are built to accommodate and challenge every level of fitness while keeping you healthy and avoiding injuries! Alpha Fit Club was designed to bring out the best in one another. Simply put, it is our community within Alpha that makes all of the difference! The studio is located at 35 Jefferson Avenue, Westwood, NJ 07675.

About The Contemporaries: As a committee within the Woman's Club of Westwood, The Contemporaries committee is a group of local woman who share a dedication and enthusiasm for making this community a great place to live by creating fundraisers to support other non-profits as well as our local businesses. Our members are passionate about making a difference and our club provides a platform for them to do so.
