#1: What is your Meet Cute? 
Once upon a time, there was a music teacher named Mr. Posadas. He wore scarves in the summer and shorts in the winter. He could learn an instrument in the afternoon. But his favorite thing to do was sing songs with his guitar and roam the halls, waiting for someone to possibly sing along. Then came 2022. A vice principal was hired. And it seemed Mr. Persad was hired just for this purpose. When Mr. Persad walked in, the sweet, sweet melodies of music filled his ears, and he knew that this musician would one day take him to race to glory. That one day this musician would take him to finish the MFEE Amazing FundRacer. Definitely not win, but maybe not come in last.

“We Will Rock You” by Queen

#3: What is your team’s superpower?
Patience, musical knowledge, history knowledge, and the ability to break out into song at any given moment. Alan usually has a kazoo or instrument in his pocket.

#4: Is there a type of challenge you're hoping NOT to face?
Anything that exerts energy.

#5: Why is your team FundRacing?
As educators in the Montclair Public Schools, we find it essential to support the students. Our motivation to fundraise is to provide additional support, programs, materials, and experiences.
