Whether you are brand new to Reiki or already experienced, I am honored to walk beside you on your journey toward health, balance, and empowerment.
Since childhood, I have been deeply drawn to helping others heal and live fulfilling lives. This calling led me to earn a Master’s Degree in the Science of Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy, which I used in both clinical physical therapy and collegiate athletic settings.
During a break from the healthcare industry, I was introduced to Reiki—and the experience was life-changing. From my very first class, I felt an undeniable sense of purpose and alignment unlike anything I had known before. I knew I had discovered a path of healing and growth that I was meant to follow.
For the past three years, I have been honored to train under International Reiki Institute Licensed Reiki Master Teacher, Kathy Milanowski, continuously expanding my knowledge and deepening my practice. Today, I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner and Master Teacher of Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki as well as ICRT Animal Reiki.
It is my joy and privilege to share Reiki with others—helping each person and animal I work with connect more deeply to their innate ability to heal, restore, and thrive.
