Our vision is that every Worcester Public School student graduate with the knowledge, habits of mind, and qualities of character to live a rewarding and productive life.

We are asking for your support to further our mission and programs including; Principal for a Day, the Worcester Education Equity Roundtable, WorcesterHEARS, Trauma & Social Emotional Learning Curriculums, and Reading Together.

From its inception, the Worcester Education Collaborative has approached its work from a foundation of equity. We firmly believe that it is the role of public education to cultivate each student’s unique constellation of talents for his or her own benefit and for that of our common life. For us, equity is not about treating each student the same, but rather about meeting each students’ needs and breaking down for all, the barriers to excellence.
