Help Build a Bridge Between the Streets and Home

Apotheosis Church is raising funds to support the development of the Two Worlds Village, a planned transitional tiny-home community designed to help people move from homelessness toward safety, stability, and permanent housing.

Two Worlds Outreach is developing a model that combines private temporary housing with individualized support. The planned village will provide more than shelter: residents will receive assistance obtaining identification and benefits, healthcare referrals, case management, employment support, life-skills development, and help transitioning into permanent housing.

Our Initial Goal

This campaign’s initial $15,000 goal will support responsible project development and early implementation, including:

Site and zoning research
Legal and professional consultation
Architectural and preliminary planning
Construction and infrastructure estimates
Permits and project-development expenses
Approved costs directly supporting the transitional homes

Reaching this goal will not fully fund construction of the village. It will help establish the professional foundation needed to move the project toward permitting, larger grants, community partnerships, and construction.

Financial Accountability

All contributions made through this campaign will be received, controlled, accounted for, and disbursed by Apotheosis Church exclusively in furtherance of its religious and charitable mission.

Apotheosis Church will retain full control and discretion over the use of donated funds. Disbursements will require documentation and board approval and may be made for approved project expenses, qualified vendors, or documented support of Two Worlds Outreach activities that directly advance the transitional-housing project.

Ralph Gonzalez serves as Treasurer of Apotheosis Church and also leads Two Worlds Outreach. This relationship has been disclosed. He will not vote on Church decisions concerning payments or financial support involving Two Worlds Outreach. Those decisions will be made by the Church’s disinterested directors under its conflict-of-interest policy.
