ECCC Associate Membership Dues

ECCC offers Associate Memberships to individuals and non-Episcopal centers or programs who align with our mission and values and support the work of Episcopal camps and conference centers. This membership is available to those who do not qualify for Active Membership, including but not limited to

• Faith-based camps and retreat centers of other denominations

• Nonprofit organizations that collaborate with Episcopal camps and centers

• Individuals engaged in outdoor ministry, spiritual formation, or related fields

• Educational institutions or networks supporting camp and retreat ministries

Associate Members receive access to ECCC's online resource hub, participation in all events and programs, and opportunities to connect with a broad network of faith-based camp and conference leaders. Associate Members  play a vital role in the ECCC community by contributing their expertise, sharing best practices, and engaging in meaningful collaboration.

Associate Membership requires the payment of annual dues, which contribute to the sustainability of ECCC and its ability to support the wider camp and conference community. As with Active Membership, ECCC employs a tiered dues system, allowing flexibility based on the size and financial capacity of the member organization.

By joining as an Associate Member, organizations and individuals demonstrate their commitment to fostering inclusive, faith-based outdoor ministries and strengthening the impact of Episcopal camps and conference centers nationwide.

Organizations or Institutions

• Tier 1: 0.1% annual budget

• Tier 2: 0.075% annual budget

• Tier 3: 0.05% annual budget

Individual Membership Rates by Income Level

• Tier 1: $750+ Income of $100,000+ ($75/month, $100/month)

• Tier 2: $500 Income of $81,000 - 100,000 ($41.67/month)

• Tier 3: $300 Income of $61,000 to $80,000 ($25 /month)

• Tier 4: $120 Income of $41,000 – $60,000 ($10/month)

• Tier 5: $60 Income of $20,000 to $40,000 ($5/month)

Memberships fees may be paid annually, quarterly, or monthly to fit the needs of your budget
