Every year, thousands of student-athletes face intense pressure to perform—on the field, in the classroom, and in life. While athletic programs often focus on physical performance, mental wellness, emotional intelligence, and leadership development are often overlooked.

The Athlete Mental Wellness & Leadership Summer Program Initiative was created to change that.

This summer program will provide student-athletes with the tools they need to thrive beyond sports. Through structured workshops, mentorship, and guided discussions, participants will learn how to strengthen their mental resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership abilities, and life skills—critical qualities that support success both during and after their athletic careers.
