My name is Ragan Lynch a mother of 4, a former track and volleyball athlete, and a three-time Open Heart Surgery Survivor. My heart journey began at birth as I underwent my first heart surgery at 6 months old, my second at 8 years old, and my final surgery at 40 years old to repair a massive Aortic Aneurysm.

As I prepared for my last open heart surgery just 5 weeks after giving birth to my baby girl who I refer to as my "Life Saver" my heart became heavy of how important it is to get your heart screened regularly...Athletes Have Heart was an initiative given to me in the early 2000s as I learned of several Athletes across the country losing their young promising lives on the field or court due to undetected heart issues.

The mission of Athletes Have Heart (AHH) was given life in 2022 to provide sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) awareness, education, and screening through our National Partner MCORE Foundation, and enable the community and student-athletes to join the AHH Team and earn a commission based income through our fundraising opportunity.
