While many mark this time as a new chapter, we honor that for many Indigenous cultures this season is one of inward processing, with no pressure to arrive anywhere. We leave rebirth and renewal for spring. For now, we gather as the Year of the Snake comes to a close, shedding a few of its final layers together.

Sofia will guide a gentle, restorative flow in the tradition of Raja Yoga, focusing on hydrating the joints and fascia, releasing into gravity, and allowing the body to absorb subtle electromagnetic energy. Anaka will then bathe us in healing sound, supporting energetic realignment and attunement.

Please bring a mat, a journal, and an intention to rest. Our hope is that you leave feeling lighter and more softly integrated into this season. This gathering is donation-based, with offerings split between the guides. We ask for a $15 minimum, $25 suggested (and no maximum 😉) in support of our time and care.
