Austria Tour T-shirt

Please use this form to pay for the Austria Choir t-shirt.  Please note that this is not on-demand ordering. The t-shirts will be ordered in bulk using the t-shirt sizes and quantities collected from our group. If you need more than one t-shirt, please email Mrs. Santos and Mrs. Mocha, and we will do our best to accommodate. Thank you! 

If you would like to pay for multiple people in your family, just write the amount in "Other" (e.g. $20x3 = $60). In the "Name" field, list all the family members you are paying for.
