Mission: Kid Success, The Autism Innovation Community Foundation, & the Autism Jokes Foundation bring you an afternoon of comedy from professional stand-up comedians who either are autistic or have a family member who has autism. This event will also feature an all-star roster of autism support vendors and providers you can visit before and after the comedy show. All proceeds go to helping the autistic community. The Participant(s) specifically understand that they are releasing any and all claims that arise or may arise from any acts or conduct of MKS, AICF, Autism Jokes, the Facility, any performers, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, its owners, affiliates, operators, volunteers, employees, agents, and officers, to the fullest extent permitted by law;  2) TO ASSUME ALL RISKS of participating in the Benefit Events, even those caused by the acts or conduct of the MKS, AICF, Autism Jokes, the Facility, any performers, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, its owners, affiliates, operators, volunteers, employees, agents, and officers. 3) TO RELEASE MKS, AICF, Autism Jokes, the Facility, any performers, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, volunteers, agents, and officers from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that the Participant(s) (or their next of kin) may suffer, arising out of their participation in the Benefit Events; and 4) TO GRANT PERMISSION to MKS, AICF, Autism Jokes, the Facility, any performers, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event, and photographers or videographers assigned by MKS, AICF, Autism Jokes, the Facility, any performers, and any other companies and/or individuals represented at the event to use any photograph or likeness or video footage which includes you in any publicity or promotional publications (e.g. website, social media, newspaper, newsletters, programs, brochures, public broadcasting releases, etc.).
