🎄 A Village Christmas 🎁

Carol Stewart Village provides supportive housing and community programs for young adults, ages 18–24, who have experienced homelessness, helping residents rebuild stability, connection, and a true sense of home.

This December, we’re celebrating A Village Christmas. It'll be a chance to gather, share a special holiday meal, and create moments of joy and community during a season that can often feel heavy or lonely.

For this month’s workshop, we’re taking it up a notch. Instead of our usual pizza, the residents specifically requested M&M’s Chicken and Fish from here in Columbus.

Here’s our meal plan and cost breakdown:
75 wings — $84.99
Greens — $60
Mac & cheese — $60
21 pcs orange roughy — $65.99
21 pcs perch — $49.99
21 pcs swai — $49.99

Total: $371

We’re also adding something extra festive: a White Elephant–style gift exchange! We’ll be providing wrapped gifts valued at $25+, and residents will take turns picking (and stealing!) gifts — a fun, joy-filled way to make the holiday brighter.

We’re hoping to raise $371 for the meal, plus funds for the gifts. Every contribution brings our residents laughter, community, and a sense of belonging this Christmas. ❤️
