In Memory of Deborah Spungen
In memory of our founder, Deborah 'Deb' Spungen (1937-2024), we invite you to support Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia (AVP). Deb was a devoted advocate for victims and survivors of violence, founding AVP to ensure that victims and survivors receive the support and care they need to heal.
Her personal experience with tragedy led her to create an organization that now offers free counseling, advocacy, and prevention services to those impacted by violence. Under Deb’s leadership, AVP became a beacon of hope for thousands of individuals and families. Her groundbreaking initiatives, including the Student Anti-Violence Education (SAVE) program and the AVP Counseling Center, have empowered countless people to recover from trauma and rebuild their lives.
Your donation will honor Deb’s legacy and help sustain the vital services that AVP provides to victims and survivors. With your support, we can continue Deb’s mission of breaking the cycle of violence and providing healing and hope to Philadelphians.
Together We Can End the Cycle of the Violence.
