Comprehensive Support Services:
1. Essential Baby Supplies:
o Diapers and Baby Toiletries: Ensuring every baby has access to diapers, wipes, lotions, and other essential toiletries, providing them with the comfort and care they deserve.
o Nutritional Support: Offering baby formula, nutritious baby food to support healthy growth and development.
2. Access to Medical Care:
o Healthcare Navigation: Assisting mothers in navigating the healthcare system to ensure they receive the necessary medical care for themselves and their infants.
o HIV Management: Providing resource information and support for managing HIV, including access to antiretroviral therapy and regular health check-ups.
3. Support Services:
o Food Services: Linkage for food to ensure they have the energy and health to care for their newborns and themselves.
o Transportation Assistance: Linkage to transportations services to medical appointments, support groups, and other essential services, reducing barriers to accessing care.
