The primary goals are to improve health outcomes and support overall well-being through better nutrition. Program Outline 1. Target Audience: - Women living with HIV, aged 18 to 65. 2. Sessions: - Licensed Nutritionist: - Conducts 2 educational workshops on the benefits of eating healthy. - Certified Chef: - Conducts 5 hands-on sessions on making healthy meal plans for themselves and their families, covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and plant based meals. - Life Coach: - Conducts 2 sessions on healthy juicing, including practical demonstrations. - Graduation Session: - A final session to celebrate completion and reinforce learned skills. 3. Additional Goals: - Address prevention and PrEP/nPEP education. - Provide information on safe sex practices and the importance of disclosing HIV status to partners. - Educate on reducing the risk of HIV transmission and accessing testing locations and prevention measures.
