Tyler and Charmaine were both born with PFIC type 2 (ABCB11 deficiency). After years of the head to toe itching and symptoms of liver disease we started LivMarli October 28, 2014. "Our Miracle Drug" saved the kids from liver transplant, their liver labs stabilized and the itching finally stopped. Currently they are both healthy, happy and thriving. As a Board Member for the PFIC Advocacy and Resource Network I hope to bring all that I have learned about this condition over the last 20+ years to people who are just starting their journey.
