URGENT PLEA to Help a Disabled Veteran Keep Her Home and Her Lifeline πΎ
We are reaching out today with an urgent plea that is deeply close to our hearts. One of our own, a disabled veteran and a beloved member of our SHR family, is facing a heartbreaking crisis. Due to unforeseen financial hardship, she is at risk of loosing her home—a place of safety and solace that she shares with her four-legged emotional support dog adopted from us, he has been her constant companion and source of strength.
As you know, our mission has always been to support veterans and individuals who are battling PTSD and physical challenges. The bond between a service dog and their handler is immeasurable, providing not just assistance, but comfort, hope, and a renewed sense of purpose. For this veteran, her dog is more than a pet; he is her LIFELINE.
The thought of her losing her home and, consequently, the stability that her emotional support dog brings to her life is unimaginable. This is where we, as a community, must come together. We cannot let her face this crisis alone.
We are seeking your support—whether through donations, or simply spreading the word—to prevent this eviction ππΌ Every bit of help brings us closer to ensuring that she and her loyal companion can stay in the home they depend on.
Our program, "You’re Not Alone," is more than a motto; it’s a commitment to our veterans, a pledge that we stand by them, especially in their moments of greatest need. Today, this veteran needs us, and we have the power to make a difference in her life.
Your generosity and compassion can change the course of her life.
Thank you for your continued support and for being a vital part of our mission πΎππΌ
