CHS Robotics Club

Columbia High School’s Robotics Club is an extracurricular club comprised of three teams that participate in First Tech Challenge, an international robotics competition for students grades 6–12. We have competed in FTC since 2013, and have routinely performed at the top level while representing our community.

Currently, the club is comprised of teams 4102 CATscan, 7959 CHS Cougars, and 32384 Cougar Cubs. This year, we added a third team for freshmen, allowing us to open spots for more than 15 new members and expand our STEM reach.

We strive to create a welcoming and safe environment for students from all backgrounds to learn about STEM and participate in robotics. We allow any and all students to join regardless of prior experience, and teach all new members principles of engineering, coding, and design.
