OnStage Dance Company is thrilled to be celebrating 15 YEARS as a non-profit, dance performance organization for adults in the Greater Boston area.

Starting January 15, 2025, OnStage is launching our "15-for-15" Campaign to celebrate this milestone. We’re asking our friends, family, and community to donate just $15 in honor of our 15 years - with a target goal of $15,000.

Your donation will help us continue to share dance, art, and performance for years to come.

As part of this campaign, we will share a variety of mini-events, merch and promotions, all culminating at our 15th Anniversary Gala, scheduled for Friday, August 15, 2025.

History

OnStage was founded in 2010 by Jennifer Kuhnberg (Director) and Kelly Mazzarella (Associate Director from 2010 - 2017).

In addition to our seasonal company performances, OnStage produces dance festivals and showcases for the Boston dance community, including OnStage 360°, an annual Dance Class Marathon and many more special events.

In our previous studio spaces in Somerville and Malden, OnStage offered a residency program and studio space for emerging choreographers and instructors and we continue to offer opportunities for choreographers.

Although we closed our Malden studio in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company continues to thrive, offering performance opportunities and open classes at various studio locations throughout the Greater Boston-area.

OnStage Dance Company is dedicated to providing performance and choreography opportunities for adults who want to keep dance in their lives. Our commitment to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment is reflected through our seasonal performances, community-focused dance festivals, events, and classes. OnStage Dance Company is designed to keep dance accessible, connect with our community, and ensure that everyone feels valued and empowered.
