Between graduating college in May 2023 until joining OnStage this past season, I had minimal opportunities to access dance in a positive and meaningful way. I’m so glad that a targeted social media ad popped up on my phone and allowed me to find OnStage! Before finding and hearing about OnStage, I was living in the Boston area but felt that dance was inaccessible to me in a number of ways. For example, costs added up quickly especially for consistent opportunities to take classes. There was also a lack of social opportunities for me within these classes and dance spaces. OnStage has provided a safe and supportive space to grow as a dancer, which speaks volumes about the atmosphere and people who dance with and support OnStage Dance Company!
