The Get In Position Foundation Inc., is asking for a small donation of $30 so we can continue to make an impact on those who have been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, on dialysis, and are currently seeking a kidney transplant. 
 
Our mission is to empower individuals living with kidney disease in underserved communities to take control of their health journey, through education, counseling and personalized support. But we cannot do it alone.
 
We’re asking you to partner with us. Your generosity helps us to deliver hope, guidance, and the support these individuals need most. Together, we can help individuals “get in position as it relates to their health".
