Raise $5000, All JARO coaches will wear a singlet when they take the plunge

Polar Plunge is open to all JARO wrestlers, family and friends.

Plungers fundraise – each plunger needs to raise $75 for the Special Olympics to join the plunge.

Plunging tips:

If you don’t put your head under, it’s not that bad
The time you’re in the water is 5-10 seconds
The changing tents are heated
There’s a turbo heating tunnel immediately when you get out of the water

All ages can plunge. (minimum kid age is parents’ decision)If someone signs up to plunge and can’t make it the day of, we will bring their incentive items to practice.
