A Nation Waiting for Light...

In the heart of South America, cradled between rivers and history, lies a land full of promise—Guyana. A nation marked by resilience and rich culture, yet shadowed by economic challenges, broken families, and spiritual dryness. Beyond the vibrant festivals and colonial streets, many walk with silent burdens—youth struggling with identity, mothers carrying the weight of single parenting, fathers disillusioned by poverty, and communities caught in cycles of crime and hopelessness.

But God has not forgotten Guyana.

A cry has gone up from the land. And Heaven has responded with a clarion call:

"Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee."

The Birth of a Mission...

The Arise Shine Mission Trip to Guyana was not a program—it was a prophetic assignment birthed in prayer, sealed in tears, and launched by the leading of the Holy Spirit. A burden grew in the heart of God's servant Rev Clarence D. Roberts and his team: to be a torchbearer of light to those sitting in spiritual darkness and despair.

This mission is more than evangelism—it is about restoration, deliverance, and kingdom establishment.
