By being our BFF, you're not only helping us build something special—you’re also scoring locally sourced, top-notch, limited edition swag! We want you to show up as you are, and support how you can – no donation is too small and every little bit helps, we mean it! All swag from this campaign has been curated and designed exclusively for our Babe’s Founding Friends.

We’ve made sure Bestie’s swag feels just as good to receive as it does to give! BFF t-shirts are printed locally at Magnolia Screenprinting, the banner is exclusively designed for our BFF’s by Oxford Pennant, and our barstools' name plates (or your pets' names, whatever you want!) will be engraved by the wonderful Sandelin Designs, a college friend of ours. We've put work into ensuring that you are getting a quality thank you gift for your generous donation.

Here’s the scoop:

The levels are cumulative, meaning you get all the goodies from your donation level and all the ones below it.
- Example: Become a "Banner Bestie" for $250, and you’ll snag the banner, a t-shirt, and a sticker!
Donations $50 and up will receive two complimentary drinks for your first visit to Babe's. Cheers!
Donations $500+ will receive an invite (and a plus one!) to one of our opening parties!

Why Crowdfunding?

Babe’s is the dream of two best friends who believe in the power of women’s sports to build community and empowerment—but we’re working on a tight budget. Still, we believe that our BFF’s and other fans of women’s sports deserve the best, and we’re determined to deliver. With the help of money raised from this campaign, we have partnered with Siren Betty, a women-owned design firm in Chicago, to design an inclusive and accessible space for all body types and abilities. This campaign will also support Babe’s partnership with Clean Air Club, ensuring HEPA air filtration in our space to protect the health and safety of everyone who walks through our doors.

In our renovation, we guarantee perfect sightlines to every game, a sound system that lets you hear the play-by-play of the game and your friends at your table, a year-round patio (yes, even in Chicago winters!), and bathrooms that are so cute, they’ll inspire hot selfies. What's Next?

Babe’s tattoos!? Just kidding… but maybe not. The funds raised from this campaign will be put to work immediately. The countdown to opening is on! We’ve signed a lease in Logan Square and are locking down our liquor license with the city. We’re aiming to welcome you into Babe's in early 2025—just in time for March Madness!
