For 50 years, The Bachauer has proudly brought the world's finest pianists to Utah -- and brought the best of Utah to the world! We do this work, together with people like YOU, because we believe in the power of music to heal and uplift our society. From launching international careers to community concerts to introducing young people to the wonders of classical piano, you can help launch The Bachauer into the next half-century.

Your support will champion young pianists around the globe as they hone their craft and build their audiences through Bachauer competitions. You will help bring Steinway pianos and concert artists directly into schools across Utah. You will enable multiple transformative performances in concert halls, homes, and community centers, bringing needed joy and connection to our fractured world.

In this 50th Anniversary Year, your support will do something extra special as well: it will help us honor the many people who have been part of The Bachauer's incredible legacy. A 50th Anniversary documentary film is in production, to be premiered at the June 2026 competition. It will highlight The Bachauer's beginnings as part of the BYU Piano Festival, through its home with the Utah Symphony, and its current identity as one of the most respected piano organizations in America. We are eager to share this film with the world, to thank those who've been part of this work, and ignite the imaginations of the next generation of supporters.
