They may be carrying anxiety about new classrooms, the grief of recent loss, uncertainty after difficult life changes, social pressures, or the invisible weight of trauma.

The return to school can be a season of excitement—but it can also be one of the most emotionally challenging times of the year.

At Anam Cara, we believe every child deserves a place where they feel safe, supported, and seen. Through counseling, equine-assisted psychotherapy, therapeutic groups, and compassionate care, we help children, teens, caregivers, and families reconnect, regulate, heal, and rediscover a sense of belonging.

Throughout the month of August, we're inviting our community to join our Back to School. Back to Belonging.campaign.

🍎 $30 supports a child's participation in a therapeutic group.

🍎 $50 helps offset the cost of a reduced-fee counseling session.

🍎 $100 sponsors meaningful clinical support for a child or caregiver.

🍎 $250 helps a family access multiple services, regardless of their ability to pay.
