In 1983-1984, filming for the movie Footloose took place in Payson, Utah and its surrounding community. Payson High School (featured prominently in the movie) is dedicating its 2023-2024 school year to celebrating the 40th anniversary of Footloose, along with the memories, stories, and legends that were created during production.

As part of that celebration, we are heading a fundraiser to donate to Kevin Bacon's charitable foundation, SixDegrees.org to give back something of what the movie has given our area. This fundraiser will take the form of essential resource kits to be distributed to local charities, and we need your help to help us raise money for supplies! This effort will aid the larger goal of SixDegrees.org of creating 40,000 kits to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Footloose while also benefitting our local communities.
