Hi friends, fans, family and folks at home: We are Bae Goals...and we KNEAD DOUGH!!

We (Gabi Bazinet Douglas and Lancelot Douglas, real life baes and long-time 'bagel baddies') are in the beginning stages of launching our very own commercial bakery business. This has been a dream of ours and a plan in the making for years, and we are so excited to be in production at Capital Roots in Troy, NY in their brand new commercial kitchen space.

We are raising money for startup expenses including kitchen usage costs, ingredients, and materials. Every dollar you donate will equal one entry to win a big, beautiful bagel catering spread or delivery box!! We so appreciate everyone that chooses to donate or even chooses just to look over our website and see what we do. Every bit of engagement helps us reach our goals, and we are so grateful.

With this space, and the support of our community, we will be able to be fully open to local business in the Capital District, providing fresh and delicious bagels as well as breads, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and cream cheeses. We will be available for pickup at Capital Roots in downtown Troy, NY, or for delivery to Albany and Rensselaer counties, with plans to expand our delivery radius in the near future!

We believe our brand and our bagels will be an important and super fun addition to our community. Bae Goals will host Drag Brunches and other local parties and events. We also plan to be at local Farmers Markets all throughout the Capital District in 2024, reaching every corner of our community!
