The bagel or cup of coffee we get every morning is nothing to us. A few dollars we deem worth spending. But those few dollars to the homeless are the difference, literally, between starving that day or having food to eat.

Recognizing the limitations of government services—lengthy waiting periods, excessive red tape, and only 850-1000 shelter beds available statewide for approximately 7,300 homeless individuals (HUD 2024 count)—we knew change was urgent. Wait times for a homeless Male for housing is currently 2 yrs or more.

With homelessness in the state rising 16% from 2024 to 2025, Homeless Services Inc. is committed to filling the gap.

We offer comprehensive, one-on-one case management, guiding individuals from their first night in a hotel room to securing employment and a new apartment. Our services include shelter, food, clothing, gift cards, bill payment assistance, and more—whatever it takes to help people get back on their feet.
